Elvis Beauty is a fast-growing D2C skincare and grooming brand based in Bangalore. The primary challenge was to increase the Average Order Value (AOV) by encouraging customers to buy full regimes (e.g., Night Cream + Goat Milk Soap) rather than single items. The brand also needed a mobile-first experience that could load high-resolution texture shots and ingredient breakdowns instantly without lagging on 4G networks.
I developed a custom “frequently bought together” and bundling logic directly into the product page template using Liquid, allowing users to add combo offers with a single click. This native solution replaced expensive bundling apps, saving monthly fees while improving site speed. I also optimized the “Ingredient Spotlight” sections to be fully responsive, ensuring the brand’s focus on natural, clean beauty was communicated clearly on every device.
